Orders are processed within 3 business days.
Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping is free across the US and Canada from Silkoze.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Use this number to track your shipment’s status.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the US and Canada. For updates on additional shipping destinations, please check back with us in the future.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If your order appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@silkoze.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@silkoze.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). We’ll work promptly to make things right.
